All exhibit tables this year will reside in our official Exhibition Hall which will be in rooms 401, 402 and 403 (three rooms turned into one contiguous room). How to become a sponsor?

• • Email [email protected] for sponsorship availability.
  • All sponsoring companies must complete and submit the Solar Washington/Solar Summit Code of Ethics form. Link to PDF file.
  • All sponsoring companies with an exhibitor table must complete and submit the sponsorship Table Rental Agreement. Link to PDF file.
  • Email your preferred sponsorship level, payment method, signed Code of Ethics form (be sure to read it first), and signed Table Rental Agreement to to [email protected].

Payment is due in advance. Checks may be mailed to Solar Washington, PO Box 3832, Seattle WA 98124. Please advise if you would like to pay by credit card.

Logistical information

Hotel Accommodations

We are establishing a partnership with the Sheraton Hotel-Bellevue for reduced rate accommodations for participants at the 2019 Washington State Solar Summit. A link to book your room/s at a reduced rate will be available soon!

Rooms available for trainings and information sessions

Solar Washington is providing companies with a new educational opportunity this year in association with the Solar Summit! We are making two small conference rooms available at the Sheraton Bellevue on Thursday, October 17, 2019 for companies to use for training/information sessions for your customers and other industry personnel. There are ten time slots available between 12noon and 5pm (five one-hour slots times two rooms) for you to choose from. Rooms are complimentary for Gold or Silver level 2019 Washington State Solar Summit sponsors. For all other companies the price is $100 per hour per room.
